Our volunteers are very special, hard working and loyal to the animals. When you are visiting us take a minute to talk to our volunteers. They love to talk about the animals and their experiences here at the zoo!
If you are interested in volunteering here are a few of the requirements:
You must be age 18 or older
Physically fit and able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs
Valid drivers license and health insurance
Willing to commit to one day per week from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a minimum of six months
Applications are only available in person during regular hours.
